Booking and cancellations
Reserve classes in CrossAdapt. Reservations open 30 days ahead and close 30 minutes before class starts.
Cancel at least 30 minutes before class. Cancelling later, or not showing up, counts as a late cancel.
There's no charge for a late cancel or a no-show.
Cancelling late does mean the spot may not reach anyone on the waitlist in time, so cancel as early as you can — but nobody is going to bill you for a bad morning.
Waitlist
When a class is full you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, the first person on the list is moved in automatically.
Check-in
Check in from the app between 60 minutes before and 60 minutes after the class starts, or ask your coach to check you in.
Waivers
Everyone signs our waiver before their first class, members and guests alike. You'll find it in CrossAdapt under Documents. If the waiver changes, we'll ask you to sign the new version.
Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe — your card details never reach this website.
Memberships renew automatically on the same day each period, on the card you joined with. You can change that card any time in CrossAdapt under Membership.
If a payment fails, we'll email you and try again. Nothing happens to your bookings while we sort it out.
We don't prorate a part-period and we don't refund a period already paid for. If something has gone wrong — you were charged after cancelling, or you were hurt and couldn't train — tell us and we'll put it right.
If a balance is past due, booking may be paused until it's paid. You can pay an open invoice in CrossAdapt under Membership.
Holds and cancelling
You can put your membership on hold for up to three months in any twelve, in blocks of two weeks or longer — travel, injury, a hard month at work, whatever it is.
Email us before your next billing date and we'll set it up. Billing stops for the hold and starts again the day you come back.
Memberships run month to month. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Email us at least seven days before your next billing date and your membership runs to the end of the period you've already paid for.
In the gym
Get here in time for the brief. It's where your coach walks the workout and the options, and it's the part that makes the rest of the hour make sense.
Put equipment back where you found it and wipe down what you've sweated on.
Guests are welcome. They sign the waiver and book a drop-in first, the same as anyone.
You have to be 18 to train here, so the floor isn't a place for kids during class.
Photograph yourself all you like. Ask before you put somebody else in one.
