Personal training

One coach, one athlete, sixty minutes. Built around your goals, your injuries and your calendar.

Who it's for

When one-on-one is the better start

Starting from zero

If a group class feels like too much for a first step, start with an hour of your own. Scott started at about 600 pounds; he knows what that first session is like.

A specific goal

A lift, a skill or a number you're working towards, given the whole hour rather than a slot in a class.

Working around an injury

A coach watching every rep, and every movement scaled to what you can do today.

Learning the lifts properly

One coach's full attention on your technique, so the lifts you use in class are ones you trust.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us your goals

Send the intro form and choose personal training. A coach replies to set up your first session.

  2. 2

    Set the plan

Your first session covers goals, a movement check and how often you'll train.

  3. 3

    Book in the app

Your plan's credits cover your sessions. Pick a coach and an open time in CrossAdapt.

A single one-hour session is $65, or take a plan with sessions included every month.

We can't load training plans just now. Get in touch and we'll help.

Out of credits? You can still book a session, at $65 for the hour. It's added to your account and settled at the front desk.
