What the forms collect
This site has two forms. The intro form and the contact form ask for your name, email address, an optional phone number, which plan you're interested in and whatever you choose to write. The drop-in form asks for your name, email address and an optional phone number.
Forms are submitted to this website's own server, which passes them to CrossAdapt, the booking system the gym runs on. Your browser never contacts CrossAdapt directly.
Alongside what you type, we record which page you submitted from, the website that referred you if it wasn't
this one, and any campaign tags on the link you arrived through (the utm_ parameters you may see
in a web address). We use that to know which of our own pages and adverts are working. It is never sold, and
it is never used to build a profile of you anywhere else.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe, on Stripe's own pages. Card numbers are never entered on this website and never reach our servers. When you pay, Stripe tells CrossAdapt that the payment succeeded, and the gym sees the amount, the plan and the last four digits of the card — never the full number.
What CrossAdapt holds
CrossAdapt is the gym's system of record. Once you enquire or join, it holds your name, contact details, membership, class bookings, check-ins, signed waivers and invoices, and the gym's staff can see them. This website stores none of that: it reads what it shows you from CrossAdapt each time, and keeps no member records of its own.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and embeds no social media trackers. Its own one cookie protects the forms from being submitted by another website on your behalf, and it lasts for your visit.
The maps on the About and Contact pages are Google Maps. When one comes into view, your browser loads it from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. Nothing you type on this site is sent with it.
Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. It records which pages were opened, how quickly they loaded, the site that linked here, and your browser, device type and country.
Visits are also measured with Google Analytics.
It sets two cookies, _ga and one beginning _ga_, so that a return visit from the same
browser can be told from a new one, and they last up to two years. It records the pages you open, the site or
campaign that brought you here, and when you send a form, start a checkout or follow a link to book or sign in,
along with your browser, device type and approximate location. It is never sent your name or anything you type
into a form. Google's opt-out add-on, or
blocking cookies for this site, turns it off.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for two years, so a coach can pick up a conversation you started last year rather than starting from nothing.
Your member records — bookings, check-ins, signed waivers, invoices — are kept while you're a member and for seven years after you leave. Waivers and payment records have to be kept that long; the rest we'd rather not hold on to, and don't.
Your choices
Email us and ask. We'll send you a copy of everything we hold within 30 days, correct anything that's wrong, and delete whatever we aren't required to keep.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing doesn't stop the emails about your own bookings and invoices — you need those, and they aren't marketing.
